A LinkedIn Talent Insights study unveiled at the Skill Kerala Global Summit held in Kochi demonstrates Kerala has attracted a considerable return flow of skilled professionals from abroad, reshaping the state's talent landscape.

Over the past five years, more than 9,800 professionals have come back from the United Arab Emirates, the highest among international sources, followed by over 1,600 each from Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom, more than 1,400 from Qatar, and upwards of 1,200 from the United States.
