SEBI to place panel report on conflict of interest before board on Dec 17

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) will place the report of a highlevel committee on conflict of interest, disclosures, and related matters of the regulator's members and officials before its board at the next meeting, Chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey said on the sidelines of an event in New Delhi on Friday.
