Minister for Cinematography Komatireddy Venkat Reddy on Tuesday demanded that Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan tender an unconditional apology to the people of Telangana over his derogatory remarks.

Komatireddy warned that if Pawan Kalyan did not comply, his films would not be allowed to be screened in the state.
The Minister's remarks followed Pawan Kalyan's recent claim that Telangana had negatively impacted the development of Konaseema, a statement that sparked considerable backlash from various groups.
