Srikar Chitta is an eminent Indian author who writes enthusiastically, and his stories are award-winners. He was conferred with an award in the 2020 KidEngage short story competition, and then he became the BTB Storyteller of the Year for his best story of the year. Two of his deeply engaging short stories, "Devil in Disguise" and "Three Sides of a Coin," catapulted him into instant fame. Another of his stories was published in 2021 in Box of Tales—Volume 2: A 'Beyond the Box' Anthology. His best-selling full-fledged novels, "Just Another Horrible Year" and "The Odious Orphanage of Pape City," make him the most sought-after fiction writer of modern times.
A TURNING POINT
Srikar had a special predilection for reading since his early childhood. What took him to writing was his perchance participation in a creative writing workshop, which he rather attended somewhat casually. However, his perspective underwent a drastic shift, and thereon he embarked upon his journey of writing. Now writing has become an inalienable part of his life.
