Will Extend Haryana's Pro-Farmer Policies to Punjab if BJP Wins: Saini

With an eye on Punjab's 2027 Assembly elections, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Wednesday reignited the BJP's outreach to Punjab's rural heartland, promising to bring Haryana's farmer-centric policies across the border if the party is voted to power.
In a post on X, CM Saini wrote, "If the BJP forms the government in the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections, then every farmer-friendly decision of the Modi government, just like in Haryana, will be implemented in Punjab as well."
He added that BJP's proposed government in Punjab would "not only procure all crops from farmers at MSP but also give them the same respect and dignity that farmers are receiving in Haryana."
