A GLIMPSE INTO HISTORY Rana Kumbha Palace is one of the oldest structures in the Chittorgarh Fort, dating back to the 15th century. It was built during the reign of Rana Kumbha (1433-1468 CE), one of the most powerful and visionary rulers of the Mewar dynasty. Rana Kumbha was known not only for his military achievements but also for his patronage of art, literature, and architecture. Under his rule, Mewar witnessed a cultural renaissance, and Chittorgarh became a hub of architectural excellence.
