Saurabh Bharadwaj said the party will approach the Supreme Court against HC decision

After the Delhi High Court dismissed the plea of Arvind Kejriwal challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in the Excise Policy case, Aam Aadmi Party leader Saurabh Bharadwaj on Tuesday said that they do not agree with the decision and will approach the Supreme Court against it.
Addressing a press conference here today, Bharadwaj said there is talk of crores of rupees in the Excise case but ED and CBI could not recover a single illegal rupee.
