As the assembly election in Maharashtra draws closer, Rajya Sabha MP and Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Priyanka Chaturvedi on Sunday attacked the Mahayuti government over the law and order situation in the state, highlighting the recent murder of NCP leader Baba Siddique.

Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Priyanka Chaturvedi stated that the people of Maharashtra have no security, noting that there is no law and order in Maharashtra.
"The people of Maharashtra have no security. Yesterday, people were openly roaming with guns on the streets of Pune. A heinous crime was committed in Badlapur; people from the school who are associated with the Bharatiya Janata Party ran away and you must have seen how Baba Siddique was murdered. There is no law and order in Maharashtra," Priyanka Chaturvedi told ANI.
