IAS Kana Ram is an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer in Rajasthan, currently serving as the District Collector and District Magistrate (DC&DM) of Hanumangarh district. He is known for his work in tackling drug addiction in Hanumangarh, which is a remote region. Kana Ram's efforts in Hanumangarh are seen as a promising model for other similar regions facing the same challenge. He was also previously the District Collector of Dungarpur.

Three districts of the entire country were included in this category of innovations. Two of which were districts of Karnataka and the third was Hanumangarh district.
