Since the 2017 Uttar Pradesh elections, he has played the role of BJP's chief strategist in every assembly and parliamentary election. He has justified through his consistent success the sobriquet 'Chanakya'.

Last year, during the assembly elections in Haryana and Maharashtra, many predicted BJP's defeat. However, Amit Shah's brilliant strategy and his relentless 24/7 dedication stunned everyone by ensuring BJP formed governments in both states. All exit polls had projected BJP's loss, but when the results came out, everyone acknowledged Amit Shah's strategic genius.

The BJP has been out of power in Delhi for the past 27 years. This time, Amit Shah has taken it upon himself to bring the party back to power in the national capital. He has crafted a powerful strategy for the Delhi Assembly elections, working with the same micro-management approach that succeeded in Haryana and Maharashtra. For all 70 assembly constituencies, leaders have been assigned responsibilities at three to five levels.
