As I stepped into Spice It, the in-house restaurant at Ibis Styles Calangute Goa, I was immediately struck by the warm and inviting ambiance.
The modern decor, complete with vibrant colors and sleek furnishings, set the tone for a delightful dining experience. But what truly impressed me was the incredible food!
For breakfast, I opted for the buffet, which offered a wide range of options to suit every taste and dietary preference. From fluffy pancakes to crispy potato and baked tomato, and from healthy muesli to fresh fruits and yogurt, the spread was impressive. I particularly enjoyed the made-to-order omelets, dosas, and paranthas, which were cooked to perfection!
