Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Deo Sai Secures Rs 3,700 Cr Investment Proposals at Bengaluru Meet

Chhattisgarh is set to emerge as a major industrial and IT hub of Central India, as several prominent tech companies from Bengaluru, often referred to as the Silicon Valley of India, have expressed strong interest in expanding their businesses in the state.
The latest developments came during the Chhattisgarh Investors Connect Meet held in Bengaluru, where the state received investment proposals worth Rs 3700 crore from leading companies across diverse sectors.
Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai led the initiative to engage with industrialists and investors, discussing opportunities for growth in sectors such as engineering, textiles, electronics, IT/ITES, food processing, and green fuel.
During the event, companies including BEML, NASSCOM, Gokaldas Exports, Britannia, and TIE Bangalore submitted significant investment proposals, showcasing their confidence in Chhattisgarh's favorable business climate and infrastructure.
The Chhattisgarh government also signed a series of MoUs with NASSCOM, the India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA), and TiE Bangalore.
The agreements aim to boost the state's development, particularly in the IT sector, startups, and semiconductor industries.
These initiatives are expected to open up vast opportunities for job creation and technological advancement in the region.
Several companies made high-profile commitments to invest in Chhattisgarh's growing sectors.
