BJP showing their true colours...': TMC's Abhishek Banerjee on HC's order scrapping OBC certificates

Trinamool Congress leader Abhishek Banerjee reacted to the decision of the Calcutta High Court to cancel all OBC certificates issued in West Bengal after 2010 and alleged the court’s judgment is part of the BJP’s efforts to cancel reservation.

Launching a scathing attack on the BJP, Abhishek Banerjee said, “Today Calcutta HC’s bench of two judges has nearly removed OBC reservation. They have cancelled all caste certificates. They are showing their true colours before coming to power, what will happen if they come to power?”
“Kurmi, Adivasi, Munda, Oraon, Santhals and others should remember that a vote to BJP means they would be deprived of their rights,” he further said.
The Calcutta High Court on Wednesday cancelled all OBC certificates issued in West Bengal after 2010.
