The International Criminal Court (ICC) is far from perfect, as it is a human-run entity.

ICC is not a puppet – it's a mirror

The International Criminal Court (ICC) is far from perfect, as it is a human-run entity. But would Eric Mthobeli Naki rather it not exist at all, allowing warlords and dictators to run rampant, just because of potential bias ("ICC is tool used by the West", The Citizen, 15 August)?

The fundamental reason that the ICC mostly deals with affairs in Africa is because the vast majority of failed states, civil wars, ethnic cleansing and dictatorships are prevalent in Africa.
