This Wicked star spells magic on the red carpet

IT is not easy being green, as Elphaba will tell you, but Wicked: For Good actress Cynthia Erivo makes being the best dressed on the red carpet look like child's play.

From movie premieres to awards ceremonies, the British star of stage and screen can be relied upon to pull focus. Sculpted silhouettes, oversized ballgowns, hats, feathers, sequins, nose rings and gems, she is never knowingly underdressed and always looks enchanting.

Cynthia's current look is characterised by avant garde styling and fashion with a capital F. It is therefore no surprise that last month the industry bible Business of Fashion named the 38-year-old Londoner one of 2025's most influential figures in fashion.
