Faulty intercom at tower block causes concern

A RESIDENT has slammed the company which manages the tower block where he lives for failing to fix the faulty intercom.
Chris Winter has complained about a faulty intercom at Bewick Court flats in Newcastle city centre
Chris Winter lives in Bewick Court in Newcastle city centre with his 12-year-old dog Shane.
The 38-year-old said he has been complaining to property management company Places for People about the intercom not working for a year and a half. He said that he is missing parcels as well as medication as nobody can buzz his flat.
Chris has also raised concerns about paramedics not being able to access the building in an emergency. He said he has had to let them into the block twice, while leaving to walk his pet, due to the intercom not working.
