Public asked for views on plans earmarked for private land
PLANS have been unveiled for a new housing estate on the outskirts of Chester city centre.
The 200-home development - of which 45 per cent would be affordable housing - is earmarked for currently inaccessible private land off Whitchurch Road near Christleton.
Leading housebuilder Bloor Homes is behind the proposal and is inviting residents to share their views before submitting a planning application to Cheshire West and Chester Council later this year.
