Supreme Court rejects plea to recall TN Governor RN Ravi for walking out of Assembly

The Supreme Court in the case CR Jaya Sukin v. The Secretary to the President and others observed and has dismissed a writ petition filed seeking directions to recall Tamil Nadu Governor RN Ravi for walking out of the Tamil Nadu legislative Assembly without delivering the customary address.

The Petitioner in Person CR Jaya Sukin stated that, 'He i.e., the governor has violated the entire constitution....he has insulted the people of the entire Tamil Nadu.'
