Rs. 66.57 Crore Approved for Mathuradhish Temple Beautification

The development and beautification of the 230-year-old Mathuradhish Temple in Kota will receive a substantial boost with an investment of Rs. 66.57 crores.
The blueprint for this major project, which includes the creation of a corridor and heritage development work, has been finalized.
Urban Development Minister Jhabarmal Kharra shared the details in response to a question raised by Kota MLA Sandeep Sharma in the assembly.
The development plan aims to enhance access to the temple and beautify the surrounding area.
A major highlight of the project is the widening of the road from Garh Palace to the temple, which will be expanded to 40 feet.
This will facilitate better movement for devotees and tourists.
