Manohar Lal Launches C3 Partnership for City and Tech Collaboration

Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal, announced the launch of the Cities Coalition for Circularity (C-3), a multinational alliance focused on city-to-city collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and private sector partnerships.

The announcement was made during the 12th Regional 3R and Circular Economy Forum in Asia and the Pacific, held in Jaipur.
In his inaugural address, Manohar Lal emphasized the importance of circular economy principles, stating, "Circular Economy is not just an environmental responsibility but an economic necessity."
