Maersk sets flat $1 shipment rate for online retailers

AP Moller-Maersk, a logistics firm, has introduced a standardized rate of USD 1 (approximately Rs 80) for online retailers.

This rate covers the transportation of orders to customers’ doorsteps anywhere in India. The fixed charge encompasses several services, including 60 days of storage, delivery across 18,000 pin codes within 48 hours, 20 percent returns to origin (RTO), and no fixed monthly costs or minimum order requirements.
