ACB ADMITS ERROR, FILES FIR AGAINST THREE FOR FALSE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST HOME GUARD CONSTABLE

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), which takes action against corrupt officers and employees, also fell into the trap of fraudsters and made a mistake in serious action like trap.

The claim of ACB to arrest a Home Guard constable red-handed while taking a bribe of Rs 30,000 in Alwar on Thursday turned out to be false.

In this case, ACB admitted its mistake and registered a case of fraud against three accused including the fake complainant who got the trap done. ACB says that to trap the Home Guard constable, the accused got the trap done as part of a conspiracy. The accused not only filed a fake complaint in ACB, but also got a false recording of the demand for bribe done by posing as a fake Home Guard constable in the case of phone tapping during the verification of the complaint. Shivaji Park police station is now investigating this case of fraud and misuse of government money.

Claimed to have arrested him while taking bribe of Rs. 30,000

On the basis of a complaint, ACB's Alwa unit had claimed to have arrested Home Guard constable Sahjudin red handed while taking bribe of Rs. 30,000 by laying a trap in Alwar's District Home Guard Commandant office on Thursday.
