BJMP MUST SECURE INMATE MADRIAGA – DE LIMA

House Deputy Minority Leader and Mamamayang Liberal (ML) Party-list Representative Leila de Lima stressed that the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) must ensure the safety of inmate Ramil Lagunoy Madriaga, following his affidavit containing “serious allegations” against Vice President Sara Duterte.
In a recent news forum, De Lima was asked about possible security issues with Madriaga after details of his affidavit--wherein he claimed that Vice President Duterte’s election campaign in 2022 was funded with money from Philippine Offshore and Gaming Operators (POGO) and drug dealers--leaked online.
Hindi ko po masasabi ‘yan," De Lima said regarding the alleged ex-Duterte administration intelligence officer's safety.
