BI: Foreigner arrested for operating scam hub

An "overstaying" foreigner was arrested in Parañaque City for operating an alleged scam hub, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) said on Wednesday, Nov. 5.
The BI said the foreigner, Chinese national Liu Feng, 41, was nabbed on Nov. 3 by operatives of the BI Fugitive Search Unit (BI-FSU) in coordination with the Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection group (PNP-CIDG) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Cybercrime.
