YMCA East Surrey is offering free gym sessions in a bid to help people focus on health and fitness in the new year.

Earlswood is open to free gym sessions on its FitStart Open Day
(YMCA East Surrey)
On Thursday, January 15 the organisation's inaugural FitStart Open Day will run from 7am to 9pm at the newly refurbished Sports and Community Centre at Princes Road, Earlswood.
As well as free use of the large gym, visitors can choose to have blood pressure checks and relax with complimentary healthy refreshments.
