Sarah finds Long Lost Family with help of ITV show
WHEN Sarah Meyer was abandoned in a car park as a newborn baby, the woman who found her at first feared she was a bomb.
Barely an hour old and wrapped in a pink towel inside a holdall, Sarah became known as 'the Baby in Pink' as police appealed for her unknown mother to come forward.
Now 24, Sarah has become the youngest person to feature on ITV's Long Lost Family: Born Without Trace.
It is not her first TV appearance - days after she was left to fend for herself in Camberley, Surrey, in 2001, Sarah appeared on ITV's This Morning.
No family came forward to claim her, however, so when she was three months old, Sarah was adopted by Jo and Pierre, who already had an adopted daughter Jess.
In Long Lost Family: Born Without Trace, Sarah says: "I want my birth parents to know they shouldn't feel any remorse - I've had a wonderful life.
