Tributes for 'beautiful and loving' woman found dead in canal

TRIBUTES have been pouring in for a “beautiful and loving” woman who was found dead in a canal after a man was charged with her murder.

The body of Chereiss Bailey, 36, was discovered around 11am on Tuesday near Ryders Green Road, in West Bromwich.
Two individuals have since been charged in relation to the grim discovery, which was made along a stretch of the Walsall Canal.
John Anslow, 64, appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday charged with murder and preventing the lawful and decent burial of a body.
Hayley-Marie Ferguson, 41, was also charged with preventing the lawful and decent burial of a dead body as well as assisting an offender.
Both appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court for a further hearing on Friday.
