BLACK Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne's death certificate described the star, who would have celebrated his 77th birthday last Wednesday, as a 'rock legend, songwriter and performer' under occupation details.

However, the late musician's son Jack Osbourne has now revealed that he initially wanted to add another famous detail about his dad, who grew up in Birmingham, but was prevented from doing so due to a surprising royal rule.
