LANDO NORRIS admits he'll need to conjure up some magic today after team- mate Oscar Piastri snatched pole from under his nose in Zandvoort.

Brit Norris had dominated all week and looked set for a great chance to haul in the Aussie, who leads him by nine points in the title battle.

The Brit was fastest in all three practice sessions but the man in the other McLaren delivered when it mattered most to take pole by 0.012 seconds.
