BRIAN KERR reckons St Mirren fans are in for more maverick magic from Roland Idowu - after the winger lit up a bounce game at Dumbarton.

The 23-year-old bagged a second-half brace in a game where Saints boss Stephen Robinson changed all 10 outfield players at the break.

Idowu hit four goals in 34 games on loan from Shrewsbury last season but is now back in Paisley on a permanent two-year deal.

And Buddies No.2 Kerr admits Saints can live with the winger's occasional blips - as long as he keeps delivering the end product.

He said: “We're delighted to get Roland back. We know the quality - I think everybody saw that out there. We're only 10 days in so hopefully in the next few weeks it'll only get better.
