Yoga, gongs and Tibetan bowls...thanks to the King!

KING Charles has invited the public into his private garden for a day of yoga, soothing gongs and deep relaxation.

The one-day event of being pampered like a royal will be held at Highgrove in Gloucestershire next month.

Visitors can lie back, switch off, and enjoy a “sound bath” using ancient Tibetan bowls and planetary gongs, the official website says.

It added: “Guests will begin by choosing an antique Tibetan singing bowl, which will be placed at their feet and played during the session.”

Guests will then move towards “Yoga Nidra,” also known as yogic sleep.

The website added: “The session will include guided breathwork techniques, which attendees may choose to use to enhance their relaxation journey into the guided Yoga Nidra.”
