BUCKINGHAM Palace is among Britain’s top visitor attractions — but its official tours have left people less than impressed recently.
With its gates having opened for summer tours, some guests have moaned they are “underwhelming” — while one compared the experience to visiting Swedish flat-pack furniture store IKEA.
Standard tours of the State Rooms cost £35 per adult and a new tour also taking in the newly refurbished East Wing sets each royal fan back £93.
