IT'S A HULL OF A CUP UPSET

LEWIS MARTIN'S superb second-half hat-trick saw Hull produce a huge shock and knock holders Wigan out of the Challenge Cup.

John Cartwright's side looked dead and buried trailing against the Super League champions 22-6 at the break.

But inspired by captain Aidan Sezer, they staged a brilliant comeback to floor Matt Peet's team.

Young winger Martin collected the scrum-half's floated pass to race in for his crucial third try in the 76th minute.

It was an amazing night for Martin, 20, who had also put Hull in touch with a scorching second try. Martin, who only signed a new three-year deal last week, collected Sezer's pinpoint chip before rounding Bevan French and beating the former Man of Steel for pace.
