Brave Kyra wows the judges on emotional TV debut

A YOUNG singer paralysed by a rare medical disorder has been tipped as an early favourite to win The Voice.
Millions of viewers saw Kyra Smith wow the coaches and the audience as the hit ITV talent contest started a new series last night.
The 20-year-old student has used a wheelchair since being stuck down with postural tachycardia syndrome last year.
The disorder makes her heart beat faster when standing up, or even when sitting up after lying down, causing dizziness, fainting, fatigue, heart palpitations and anxiety.
Kyra said: “I’ve been in this chair for just over a year now, so it’s still pretty new.
