A MEMORIAL service yesterday marked the 25th anniversary of the Selby rail crash that killed 10 people.
Four rail staff and six passengers died when a GNER service and coal train collided near Great Heck, North Yorks, on February 28, 2001.
Relatives of the dead were joined by emergency services and railways staff at Selby Abbey yesterday afternoon as candles were lit for the 10.
