Bright and bold design sees Sophie stand out in comp
An Auchterarder school pupil has won a Royal Highland Show competition for her colourful rosette design.
Sophie Deas, of the Community School of Auchterarder, competed against 132 other entries to take the top spot.
Primary school pupils from across Scotland were invited to design a rosette that stood out from the crowd by the Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland (RHASS) and the Royal Highland Education Trust (RHET).
Sophie’s winning rosette was picked by the judges due to its bold colour selection of blue, green, orange, pink and yellow.
