Students' top prizes in poster contest

Forth Valley College NC Creative Industries Graphic Design students recently took part in the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) poster competition to Show Racism the Red Card-and took the top two places for their efforts.
Two students - Dawid Rola (19) from Tullibody and Rae Bond (18) from Falkirk - were shortlisted for the final awards event at Hampden Park in Glasgow.
In the highly contested college category, Dawid - who attended - was announced as the winner, with Rae a close second.
The event proved to be a massive success and attracted more than 3,000 entries from school pupils ranging from primary one up to senior phase secondary pupils, as well as college students.
