Students attend road safety live shows
Stirling Observer
|January 30, 2026
A live theatre-based education production that aims to raise road safety awareness among young people has been taking place this week in Stirling.
-
The Safe Drive, Stay Alive shows have been held at the Macrobert Arts Centre in Stirling and are aimed at fourth to sixth year high school students.
It's the 18th year they have been held, with more than 70,000 young people from across the three local council areas attending in this time.
There is representation from all the emergency services, as well as families and individuals who have been personally touched by a road traffic collision.
Bridge of Allan-based Scottish Conservative Mid-Scotland and Fife MSP, Alexander Stewart said he was "delighted" to continue his ongoing support for the initiative and attended the group’s first performance of 2026 on Monday (January 26).
