Olympian picks up his OBE and samples Royal hospitality on visit to Wimbledon
It's been a special week for star swimmer Duncan Scott as he received a gong from King Charles and sampled the delights of Wimbledon's Royal Box.
The 28-year-old, who trains at Stirling University in their high performance programme, became Scotland's most decorated Olympian ahead of legendary cyclist Sir Chris Hoy after bringing his medal total to eight at last summer's Paris Games.
The work is still ongoing for Scott, who has been back in the pool and setting blazing times ahead of heading to Singapore as part of the British team for the upcoming World Swimming Championships.
But before getting down to business, Scott took some time out to pick up his OBE, received in the 2025 New Year's Honours list for his service to the sport of swimming-and spreading the word of water safety to a whole new generation.
