LORRAINE KELLY and I have something in common.

- BY MIKE WARD

She's never been to Norway. Nor have I. The difference is, Lorraine says she’s always wanted to go.“I've been dreaming of this adventure ever since I was a little girl,” she tells us at the start of this new series of hers.

“Growing up across the water, I was fascinated by tales of Viking maidens, mighty longboats and Norse warriors.”

Fair enough. But then why has she never just hopped on a plane? It’s only two hours away. I doubt it’s beyond her budget.

And it's not one of those scary countries that makes British visitors uneasy, such as Iran or North Korea or France.
