Morris well aware just how quickly things can change ahead of derby

NEWPORT head coach Ty Morris knows just how his Pontypool counterpart Tom Hancock is feeling right now after his side dropped to the bottom of the Super Rygbi Cymru last weekend.
But Morris also knows that things can turn around very quickly and certainly won't be under-
estimating the task ahead of his team as they head to Pontypool Park tonight aiming to make it four wins in a row in their current mini-revival.
In a matter of weeks Morris has masterminded a climb off the bottom of the table for th reigning champions, who had no wins to their name in the opening five matches of their title defence.
