Appeal dismissed over plans for drive-through coffee shop

A PLANNING appeal seeking permission to build a new drive-through coffee shop has been rejected by the Welsh Government.
-
The plans would have seen the construction of a single-storey coffee shop with drive-through facilities in the village of Llandarcy near Neath if given the go-ahead.
Although it was not named in the planning application, documents given to the local authority suggested the site could have been run by popular coffee chain Starbucks.
