Rejoin EU to stop the boats

At the recent Labour Party conference, Sir Keir Starmer finally admitted that the reason for the influx of small boats to our shores was Brexit when he correctly named them 'The Farage Boats'.

Before Brexit, under the Dublin Convention, which states that asylum seekers can be returned to the first EU member state they arrived in before their claims are considered, the UK returned more people to Europe than it received. It was after the 2016 referendum that arrivals began to outnumber removals.
