Wimmer Well up for Tawanda fun times

MOTHERWELL manager Michael Wimmer believes he can have a “lot of fun” with Tawanda Maswanhise after the winger overcame a tough spell to head the winner against Dundee.

Maswanhise rose to head home in stoppage time at Dens Park as a 2-1 victory guaranteed the Steelmen’s top-flight status for a 41st consecutive season.

The Zimbabwe international was Well’s most dangerous player in Wimmer's first game in charge, a 1-0 defeat by Dundee United.

But he did not start another game for seven weeks and did not always feature off the bench.

However, he appears to have adapted to Wimmer's demands.
