Real ride a Mexican wave

REAL MADRID cruised to a comfortable 3-1 victory against Mexican outfit Pachuca, despite going down to 10 men after just seven minutes.

Raul Asencio was handed a straight red card when he hauled down Salomon Rondon on the edge of the box with the Pachuca striker through on goal.

But it failed to break Real's stride in Charlotte as Jude Bellingham, right, opened the scoring in the 35th minute with a driven left-foot shot into the far corner.
