New Jambo so eager to get started in Scotland
Scottish Daily Express
|April 16, 2025
NEW Hearts defender Christian Borchgrevink admits he is relishing a crack at Scottish football - even though leaving Valerenga will be a wrench.
The right-back has signed a three-year deal with the Gorgie side and will make the move to Edinburgh in June.
Before that the Valerenga captain is planning to play his part in laying strong foundations for Geir Bakke’s team in their first season back in the Norwegian top-flight.
But the 25-year-old knows it will be a sad day when the time comes to say farewell having been at the Oslo club since the age of 9.
