Defiant Enzo insists flagging Blues can hack title pace
DEFIANT Enzo Maresca is refusing to throw in the towel in the Premier League title race despite a torrid start to December.
The Blues, who have a notoriously below-par record at this time year, have started the month in sluggish fashion.
A humbling defeat at lowly Leeds was followed by a toothless display in a 0-0 draw at Bournemouth. And in midweek they lost at Atalanta in the Champions League despite taking the lead.
Their slump in form followed a dominant home win over Barcelona and a spirited draw with 10 men against leaders Arsenal at the end of November.
