Latest breakaway proposal is 'sabotage'

THE First Minister's latest plans to split Scotland from the UK have been branded “economic sabotage”.

In a taxpayer-funded report, John Swinney yesterday claimed that Scottish households would be more than £10,000 better off a year if the country was independent.

In A Fresh Start with Independence he admitted it would mean a hard trade border with the rest of the UK but said it would be worth it to rejoin the EU.
