Girlfriend suffers second motorbike racer crash tragedy

Grieving mum lost rider partner in 2016
THE death of a British Superbikes rider in a track crash is the second motorcycle tragedy for his girlfriend.
Former “grid girl” Hannah James was the partner of Shane Richardson, 29, who died along with Owen Jenner, 21, in an 11-bike crash at Oulton Park race track, Cheshire, on Monday.
It came nine years after Hannah also lost her then boyfriend, former paratrooper Billy Redmayne, 24, in a crash at the Oliver’s Mount Spring Cup in North Yorkshire in 2016.
Yesterday she updated her Facebook profile photo to one of New Zealand-born Shane and their two young children, Maddie and Max.
A third rider, Tom Tunstall, 47, is in Royal Stoke University Hospital after suffering “significant back and abdominal injuries” in the Oulton Park crash.
