Disabled 'face £15k bill for extra costs'

DISABLED people could face costs for "extras" of almost £15,000 a year by the end of the decade, says a charity.
It comes a day before MPs are due to vote on the controversial welfare reform Bill. Disability charity Scope has warned that Government concessions protecting existing claimants from cuts will lead to a two-tier system.
